After experiencing
‘unusual sounds’ coming from deep in my throat during meditation,
I decided to find out exactly what was happening to me and later after attending
sound workshops discovered that I was in fact, overtone chanting.
I have since embarked upon an inner and outer sound and colour journey of
my own which has now led me to the understanding that I need to share this
with all who care to listen and learn and who feel drawn to utilize this
healing gift for their own personal benefit or to help others in healing
or meditation practices. If you would like to embark on your own sound journey

You are invited to begin
your own sound and
colour Journey. The intention of my workshops is to help you to discover
your own harmonic note, and learn about the quantum vibrational connection
between sound and colour, followed by a group chant. We will be overtone
chanting, working with crystal bowls and with the vowels sounds, and looking
at different sounds that, when sounded can heal from within.
